I have been a customer of the veg box scheme on and off for a number of years. However, increasingly, the quality of many of the vegetables has been poor. This week, the medium box included mainly potatoes which were green after a day, a few very mouldy, droopy carrots and the broccoli was already yellowing. I have ordered my Christmas vegetables but am hoping that the quality will be better for that. Sadly, after this, I will no longer be buying from Riverford.
