Horrible suppliers. I ordered a white board which was delivered to the wrong address AND was cracked on delivery. Firstly they got some local supplier who wasn’t Ryman to supply the whiteboard. When I asked for a refund, they refused as I hadn’t submitted a report within 48 hours. Don’t understand how I can submit a complaint within 48 hours if they’ve delivered the product to my neighbour who didn’t tell me he had it until 3-4 days after.
Would surely not recommend Ryman to anyone.
