Ex customer.
Ordered a Cricut machine online with an extra’s package. They processed the order and took the money. Then they emailed to say it was out of stock and I could have a refund. I checked their website and they had added about £60 to the price and had them showing as in stock. Spoke to customer service ( there’s a joke). They said I had an old browser - how thick is that. Pointed out that they were talking rubbish and they just went missing, 10 minutes later someone else came to us offering to process a refund of the difference if I re purchased at the higher price - do you really think we’re as daft as your untrained customer service people??? P.s. I’ve been in customer service for 40 years and know this is a great way to lose customers.
