My Account Manager at Ryman Business changed 4 times and i have to explain how my business operates every time to someone new. My first Account Manager was great and then it was a slow decline from there.
I get the impression these people are small players in comparison to Office Depot and Lyreco. They certainly do not have the product knowledge and deliveries are are wrong product and late. They do not have their own fleet of vans unlike the above.
I would not rely on Ryman Business
