Delivery logistics need addressing.
Problem with delivering my order for the third time.
I am understanding that deliveries do go adrift from time to time. However, this is the third time and i would just like a call if they are having a problem delivering in my road. I understand that they use courier companies and do not have their own ryman vans, but a call wouldn't go a miss surely.
