Very poor service The garden bench had holes drilled in the wrong place. It was still usable, but just means the bench itself moves around a bit. They offered me a 10% discount for the bother, which I didn't think was adequate. Unfortunately, they weren't able to offer anything further, so now I need to request time off work for them to collect it, and I need to dismantle the entire thing again and try to squeeze it in the cardboard box like a jigsaw puzzle. This is, of course, after having already taken the time to assemble it. And they won't even be able to resell the returned item. That's why 10% wasn't an adequate offer for the inconvenience, let alone the fact that the product was ultimately faulty. Whereas a slightly better discount might have meant I kept it and would have been happy enough, and they wouldn't be having the additional cost of having a courier collect an item which they can't even use again. Instead, they now have an angry customer, a bad review, no repeat custom, courier charges and a garden bench to be disposed of. Doesn't seem to make much sense and didn't benefit either party.
