Just awful 'customer service'!!!!!
The following were two separate occasions...
STRIKE 1: Wrong products delivered
STRIKE 2: Broken product inside parcel
STRIKE 3: Poor quality control...badly finished product see photo below
Phoned three times, emailed and live chatted..Promises given, still no satisfaction!!
Asked to submit photographs of damaged and faulty goods three times now.
Rymans needs to know people don't have time for this nonsense. Go to a competitor instead.
