Always great customer service staff are so helpfull, have been a customer for many years and have no complaints to make at all they are always on the ball, sadly I hear they may be taken over by OVO energy, but I have not been notified as yet, but I also have my broadband and telephone with SSE so I will probably stay with SSE on that side if they leave the energy business because I am so confident that if a problem occurred that someone on the other end of the line could help me very quickly.
