Poor quality, twisted strap, definitely not orthopedic, not in Australia as advertisied, shoes not boxed came in a plastic bag - Like TEMU The shoes are not orthopedic as advertised. The strap was twisted sewn on incorrectly. They would only offer 30% refund or 60% credit. Poor quality, didn't even come in a box, came in a plastic bag just like TEMU shoes. I will not be shopping here again. Difficult to deal with and the only way to return is to pay for the return and tracking yourself and after or 6 emails to and fro they still didn't give me their return details which is overseas somewhere. The company is called Luxza Enterprise based in Hong Kong - buyer beware
