Ordered expensive shoes that broke after wearing them only three times. I hadn't even properly broken them in yet during that time. Their customer service says it's "damage due to normal use" and refuses return or refund, not even a partial refund to cover the repairs. I guess quality is not in their dictionary. Can only recommend to avoid them.
