Ignore tickets. Close them and don't reply.
Can't seem to read a prescription correctly and messes up orders.
Tried to get a small problem I have fixed but no point in creating new tickets when customer service just ignores customers.
If this is how you treat a small basic order. Then who dears to order more specialised glasses and frames?!
