I have nothing but the highest praise for Select Specs. The choice of frames is fantastic, definitely something for everyone and every price range. The ordering process is easy, from entering and uploading you prescription details to the fabulous virtual ‘try on’ feature. The prices were less than 70% compared with a high street optician. There is regular communication, keeping you updated every step of the way. My glasses were a perfect fit and the frames were exactly as they appeared online. Unfortunately a new medical condition has affected my vision and my prescription is under review. I contacted customer support and spoke to a lovely lady called Neema (hope I spelled it correctly) who was friendly, empathetic, eloquent and very helpful! Their returns policy is excellent and easy. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
