I ordered two pair of glasses both to the same prescription. One oair arrived all good. The second pair a pair of sunglasses arrived some 8 weeks later and were the wrong perscription. Customer service is poor as is communication skills. I recieved a refund but was told the mistake was mine (?) As THEIR lab had confirmed the perscription was correct which is impossible I could not see with them!!!! Despite their term and conditions saying they would refund the cost of returns postage they are refusing to comply with their own terms and conditions. My advice use Specs4less.com quick, professional and customer orientated.
