I was told my order did not pass the QC on the prescription lens. I placed my order over one and a half months ago and it just arrived. I paid for premium shipping also. When I complained all they would do is offer me a small discount on a future purchase (of a certain amount). The worst part is that the frame I received did not look like the one pictured on the site. It appears black in the site pic but is actually a tortoise shell acetate frame. The naming doesn't make that clear. In future I will go elsewhere.
