Bought a sink unit in good faith. Looked black on the image sent, box arrived said dark blue. Opened lid, was dark blue, not taken out of box. Sunderland branch accepted back, Benton branch then refused. Explained distance selling regulations, not interested. Bathroom nearly finished and had to buy another. Then challenged a review put on Tustpilot, demanding remove as don't take payments over phone, they did, twice. Worst customer experience ever, AVOID AVOID AVIOD.
