Same as everyone else , unable to use vouchers and no communication from spa breaks , website misleading and no one is interested when you contact them.
Feel totally ripped off .
Alternative companies who we hold similar vouchers with have automatically extended vouchers.
Should be ashamed of yourselves and stance spa breaks in these dificult times , disgraceful
