Similar experience to most others on here . The customer service team go so far in assisting you but no further . Spa breaks.com did change my booking for me which was good but could not manage to liaise properly with the hotel to ensure that I received the right itinerary.
Left to sort it out myself . Book direct with the venue . Avoid this company - their communication is very poor .
