DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Arrived at Spa and not booked in. Had to show confirmation of booking together with proof of payment. Spa said not only had we not been booked in- no payment was received. They offered a free return or contact Spabreaks.com for a full refund. We chose a full refund.
Six weeks later Spabreaks.com email to say no refund - even though Spa did not charge.
