WARNING DO NOT BOOK A BREAK WITH THIS COMPANY.
I booked a break for my self and mother after my stepfather and grandmother had died, as a treat.
This was booked for the 4th July 2021, we turned up at Tankersley Manor to find no booking had been made from Spa breaks. I am still waiting for my money. I have sent many emails and phone calls.
Kerrianne who is supposed to be dealing with the complaint does not reply or phone when asked to do so.
This company is inconsiderate.
I have book through Spa breaks for over 10yrs and will definitely not book again.
