Absolutely unbelievable customer service agents, two females both ended the call on me 4 times as I called to cancel my break due to sudden health and financial issues. I was intially told this would be cancelled and even waived the £25 cancellation fee due to rude staff however, they then responded and said I cannot cancel and will be charged full price for a spa break that I haven't even attended. The T&Cs only state £25 cancellation fee to be paid and Under the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013, that overtook the Distance Selling Regulations, I have an absolute right to change my mind for purchases made online.
DISGUSTING AND THREATENING COMPANY AND HOPE ABI CEO IS LISTENING.
