Do not use just after your money, booked our spa treatments for us 3 hours before check-in and did not advise us that they where booked. Ask for them to rectify the issue and they said it was down to us to book them? but they had booked them without informing us. We where supposed to have champagne and chocolates in the room when we checked in but these where missing just a random metal tray on the bed with nothing on it.
