Terrible customer service. I booked a stay with a hotel in Leeds for 24 August, on arrival there had been a COVID case in the hotel so we couldn't stay. I emailed Spa Breaks immediately about this and received no response except for the automatic email. I tried ringing the same week and got no answer. I sent further emails to no response. I finally spoke to someone on 25 September called Barry who said they needed the hotel to confirm and nothing further. After two further emails they did not respond and another phone call with someone who was atrocious and patronising towards me. There was still no response and I have still not received a refund.
