Ashley wasnt very nice
I requested an extension and Ashley at Spabreak has refused.
I requested an extension initially that was accepted and now asking for further extension as hotel I wanted to use is closed and just not many choices.
Anyway ive been told they wont and just feel with Covid a much longer extension is needed especially with the new Tier system being introduced. I am all for helping companies but it is a two way relationship. If for example they had levied a 25% penalty I wouldnt mind as we all understand times are tough.
