I ordered a pair of shoes, 0n th 19th July, they were ment to be delivered 22nd July, I was going out that day, so I had them redirected to the local newsagent which is our pick up point,
This was confirmed, but I am still waiting for a email to say they have been delivered to the pick up point I even went in there yesterday but still no sight there are a birthday present for this week very disappointed
