Made a booking for my daughters birthday, Spa emailed to say they cannot fit us in that day, they cannot fit us in anywhere near the date we wanted. How is it possible to book a date that is not available! I have phoned and emailed and no one has contacted me poor poor customer service. I cannot get through on the phone I just want my money back I'm sick of being messed around. I do not recommend anyone using this company as the advertise dates that are not available
