I made a booking for me and my partner to visit a spa on holiday in Oxford. A day later the Spa called me to say they are actually fully booked and cannot fit us in that day, or any of the days we are in the area for the holiday. It should not be possible to book a date that is not available!
The spa told me I needed to contact SpaSeekers to request a refund. I have sent them an email but had no response. I also tried calling many times but their phone line is always engaged - no queue to speak to someone, just beep beep beep and then it disconnects. At this point I am worried I will not get my money back.
