Offer was wrong online.
Had booked for a gift for me and a family member.
Got the voucher and confirmation which stated exactly what was advertised online, but the spa said no - aparantly spa seekers advertised it wrong.
Spoke to spaseekers who said no to any compensation for the inconvenience, and I only I asked for a slight reimbursement (10-20%) to put the value towards one other treatment since I was getting three less than what I had original bought!
They did offer a full refund if I wanted to cancel but reading reviews state around a month which I cannot do round Xmas.
Not very sympathetic and take so long to respond (and sometimes no response at all).
Avoid.
