Should be zero stars. I bought vouchers for spa day at a local hotel/spa. The website says spa is permanently closed, no one is answering phone. Contacted spa seekers who said they are open but 3 of the 4 spa facilities are not available. I asked for refund as what was sold to us can not be offered. Told no refunds, can have extension or credit, not acceptable. I said if we change our minds I accept that no refund will be given but their provider is unable to provide what has been paid for. I said I would raise dispute with paypal, was told I could do that but wouldnt get refund as they would not authorise payment.Terrible customer services, I will not use again, do not recommend to anyone. PS said 6 month extension still not been processed
