If possible, I would give no stars at all! Way too expensive for such a poor quality of service with almost nothing to offer. Wrong information given about the booked experience and facilities. Emails sent to the person who booked instead of the proper guest. Then, inside, a really disappointing spa reception and service.
Time wasting. Save your money.
