Awful company. Missold us a spa break, then called to cancel. Advised on one that was like for like. Booked that and it was not like for like then advised we could not cancel as the new place needed a 7 day cancellation fee. Chanel was my advisor, although her manager was giving her the information. This is a terrible service. I used this company years ago and it was brilliant however over the years they have gone from being helpful and offering good quality to money grabbing chain site. Please don't waste your time booking with them.
