Linden Hall hotel, poor check in experience, extremely poor, dirty, shabby room upgrade, poor spa facilities with cold water in pool and bubble bath in hot tub, poor management of evening meal as part of package, expected a room tab / account to be generated and settled on checkout, but got accosted by staff and accused of making off without paying extras, disgraceful dirty tea pot on breakfast service, complained to management and after stating we will never return, they offered us a return free of charge to a place we do not want to return and end up meeting the same staff we complained about, after declining a free overnight stay they have not been in touch again.
