Initially I book for my friend and myself for a day spa using facilities and an hour each massage. Of which I booked and paid for in full. The following day I receive a call asking when I would like to book for treatments - to be told they can’t both be done that the same time as they only have one member of staff ( I find this outrageous, if you can book for two people why would you want to have separate times?) I then got onto Daniel at Spa Seekers who said he needed to clarify with Holiday Inn they could not accommodate and get back to me. I initially missed his call so I returned the call to be told that I can book another location but would cost an extra £40 but again he could not state whether treatments would be at the same time . I said that this wasn’t good enough and that I felt that I had been mislead and I asked to just cancel as the package was not a package to be told that it was going to cost my £25 and then he hun up on me . Very rude , wish I had read the reviews previously to booking and wasting my money . 😡
