I was lucky to receive some gift vouchers for Sportfish for a birthday present. Unfortunately, they were "mail order purchases" only and not for on-line orders. One email to Sportfish and Danny North and his team sorted it. Everything was "No problem, I'll sort that for you"...."What do you need...OK, all done" Few days later, my new (and excellent) fishing vest was at the door ("Urgent delivery"), my balance was on their customer screen in my account and I got a follow-up email from Danny, confirming everything was in order. Just brilliant customer service. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They are the best!
