I only wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I bought trainers (£154) as a present. Ordered them over two weeks ago after being advised that I would receive them in four days- in time for birthday. Eleven days ago they were apparently "in transit". No shoes arrived, nobody answers the phone, live chat does not work, emails receive an automated reply.... hard to know where to go.
Needless to say the account was debited immediately. Like many others I am beginning to think that all is not well here. Beware.
