fighting to get my money back is getting silly.
I sent my return and the refund confirmation arrived but weeks later I am still having to explain I do not have the money in my account.
I now just get a generic response that the 'refund is closed our side'
well...the refund is closed when I get the money back.
save yourself time and shop else where
