Bought a pair of trainers that were faulty. Checked with manufacturer and they were still under warranty. Sportsshoes (SS) were contacted and offered advice and then sent a shipping label to print got me to return the shoes. Was a lot of hassle for me to have to return a product that was faulty. The process should needs addressing to make it easier for customers
