Bought a watch for over £200 as a gift and it arrived with their warehouse sticker over the main image on the front as a huge barcode with writing. When I emailed asking if they could exchange for a box that wasn’t as unsightly and ruined (you cant remove the sticker without damaging the front) they (Beckie) said I can return it by paying the postage fee at my expense and was adamant there was nothing else they could do. That the sticker was there for the warehouse. Why not put the sticker in a less I slightly place. Common sense. I’d buy direct from Coros next time!
