This was not a minor color shift due to screen settings—it was a clear misrepresentation. Despite my complaint, they ignored the issue and made me pay for the return myself. I’ve since seen that other customers have been allowed to return worn trainers months after purchase, so it seems their policies are applied inconsistently or at the discretion of individual staff.
