Over the years I've bought quite a few pairs of shoes and a heap of running gear from this company as they can offer great value. Very occasionally things do go wrong, but in my experience they have always rectified the problem by replacement or refund. Sometimes it can take a few weeks which can be frustrating but when asked they are quick to report on progress.
