I've realized when it comes to Staples I prefer to use their online services. I've order a pair of Sony headphones, stationary, and binders from their online store, and I had no issues with delivery. I was also able to track the package and had no issues. When I shop in store, they never seem to have anything I need in stock and the staff can be quite rude and unresponsive. Plus I've completely given up on using their printers, they never seem to work.
