I wanted to purchase a laptop that was on sale, 2 outlets in the lower portion of Vancouver Island did not have any and made no effort to locate one. We drove up to Duncan and Nivin, took the time to track one down and had it ready to the following day. Great service, very helpful, and a very pleasant person to deal with.
