TERRIBLE SERVICE BY SO CALL MANAGER (MOE/MOH) Staples in Barrhaven Ottawa. I order a stationary items via online for the company I work for the order was $789 and 1 item to return as it was damaged. He was at the cash so I asked where do I go to return/exchange this item. Moe asked when did you purchase the item I replied end of May...he said contact the manufacture as our policy is 10 days.
I explained to him this item is close to $40 dollars and its broken/damaged he was rude, horrible customer service never offer a solution. I asked for someone higher than him he stated he is on vacation tough luck...I asked for the name and phone number of the person/department to make a complaint. He replied look it up....
MOE/MOH SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IN SERVICE AS HE IS ARROGANT/RUDE AND DOES NOT HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. CCC
