I had some missing nipples from the spokes on the back tyre of my bike. I left my bike at the Newcastle store and it took them 4 days to get back to me. When I foolowed it up for the 3rd time I spoke to the bike repair man who told me it's not worth fixing what was a perfectly good tyre, probably better quality than the one I ended up buying and he would replace it for £70. I am person who trusts experts so I agreed. I picked up the bike on the 17th March. The tyre exploded on the 1st May. I decided to buy new tyres on line because the ones on the wheel seemed pretty rubbish and when I removed the inner tube I noticed there had been a previous puncture repair. Would not go near this store again. That is a despicable practice. You live and learn.
