I ordered catalogue number 44414 and number 17468 as christmas presents. I only got 17468 but did not receive 44414. I was however billed for both items. Item number 17468 arrived with no operating instructions which means it can't be set properly. This is the 7th time I have tried to contact you but am getting ignored. My Surname is Simpson and my postcode is EH22 2BP, I know you can find my order with my details and I had BETTER HEAR FROM YOU or I will be taking this matter to the press and will take legal instructions.
