Do not use for Demo Rackets. I ordered in good faith and returned the rackets. After 9 days I had to chase to find out where my refund was less the demo cost. They replied and kept and extra £40 due to a racket being damaged. It was perfect when we returned it. So be warned take photos of rackets coming in and going out to prove any damage or they may add on costs. Very poor business practice all round
