Phoned and received friendly and very helpful advice as to which tennis racquet would best suit my needs. Made purchase the same day and received delivery next day. Advice proved to be spot on as the racquet I bought had the properties I wanted and proved to be a big improvement for me. Racquet was competitively priced. All round excellent service.
