Bought a pair of shoes, the shoes were defective and so I requested the return. The return was rejected and they sent me the defective shoes back.
Be careful with this store. It's a total scam. Even if the website states "free return no questions asked" you end up losing money. One more thing, when you call, be prepared to be hang up at your face by people from the customer service.
Very bad experience.
