Ordered a charm for my son's girlfriend which was promptly delivered but then realised that she already this charm so contacted The Jewel Hut ordered a different charm paid the difference over the phone and the new charm arrived a short time later, they are an excellent company to do business with I highly recommend them as we have done business with them previously and will continue to do so.
