Terrible ticketing service. I asked how I could apply for a refund, no response from them, cancelled plans meaning I didn’t need a refund. 3 weeks later I had a refund even though I had cancelled my plans, was able to go to the event and I had had no communication as to how I applied for a refund. I had sent no official request for a refund. Poor customer service.
