Useless customer service, cancelled event got told to wait till the band rescheduled the event to apply for a refund. Waited for said date to be rescheduled, rang up and asked for a refund and all I got was a bunch of uming and aring he was clueless, got told to email them instead as he couldn't issue me one? Don't bother emailing them as they don't reply, I had already emailed them a number of times and never got a reply. Doubt I'll see a refund.
